FARMER'S ACADEMY

GAP, after the design and manufacturing of the GAPROTECH aimed at implementing the design across Ghana. The first of GAPROTECH, set in operation, was located at the production site of Green Afro-Palms, Okroase (A town in Ahafo Ano South District, Ashanti Region).

The very first version of GAPROTECH manufactured was named as GAP - PLANT, and after its installation is being used by GAP for oil processing.The GAP - PLANT took 3 years to manufacture and install and has been operated 7yrs by GAP. It has aided the production of 1.2million liters of purified oil and its by-products as @ June 024.

GREEN THE FIELDS

Green the Fields, (GTF): is a project to adopt and revive neglected mining lands to be reclaimed and reused for cultivation of plantations led by small farmers using climate-smart technologies to turning lands into productive farms for benefit of economy, community and climate conservation.

The GTF seeks to empower communities of degraded lands due to small or illegal mining by reclaiming lands for small scale farmers to resume cultivation using best management practices (BMP) and climate smart technologies to increase yields and improve productivity.
